Annual Membership : Summary Of Benefits

All the members who hold annual membership card at Aadya Resort are entitled to the following:

COMPLIMENTARY AYURVEDA SERVICES

  • 6 SARWANGA ABHYANGAM WITH SWEDAM(Full Body Massage)
  • 1 MUKHALEPAM (Facial)
  • 1 PADABHYANGAM (Foot Massage)
  • 1 SHIROABHYANGAM (Head Massage)
  • Ayurveda Consultation By Physician

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY - One (1) Certificate entitling the member to a ‘Complimentary one night stay’ in a Standard Room, subject to availability. Not Valid on 25th and 31st December and on international events.

  • COMPLIMENTARY DAY STAY - Two (2) Certificates entitling the member to a ‘Complimentary day stay’ package from 9:00am to 6:00pm, subject to availability and not valid on 25th and 31st December and on international events.

  • COMPLIMENTARY CAKE- One (1) celebration Certificate entitling the bearer to a ‘Complimentary cake‘ of 1 kg for celebrating their birthday and anniversary. Only one certificate can be used per visit/per table. Cake booking must be given 48 hours in advance.

  • COMPLIMENTARY BUFFET- One (1) Certificate – Valid for two persons.. In case of more than 2 people on the same table, food discounts are calculated on total number of people on the table, valid for lunch only.

  • Pamper yourself : BUY ONE GET ONE MASSAGE – Two(2) Certificates – entitling the guest to a ‘Complimentary Full Body Massage(Sarwanga Abhyangam)‘, provided any of the therapies are bought on the same day at the published rates. Please don’t forget to stamp your complimentary certificate when you buy one massage, in order to qualify that certificate for a free massage for the next time. Prior booking is required.

Discounts on Food

  • 50% discount when 2 persons dine.
  • 33% discount when 3 persons dine.
  • 25% discount when 4-8 persons dine.
  • 20% discount when 8 & a maximum of 15 persons dine on a table.
  • 20% discount when the guest dines alone.

Other Discounts and Benefits

  • 30% discount on breakfast buffet, up to maximum 15 persons on the table.
  • 20% discount on take away orders.
  • Complimentary usage of the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities.
  • 25% discount on published rates for curative treatments.
  • If the Member visits with a group of 15 & more, the group is entitled to get a 20% discount on day outs

Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP

  1. The Membership term (validity period) is 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the Membership.
  2. The Membership Card is not transferable and can be used by the Member only.
  3. In the event that the Membership Card or the certificates are lost, these cannot be replaced or the money refunded.
  4. Fraud or abuse concerning the program Membership is subject to appropriate administrative and / or legal action by the Retreat, including termination of the Membership.
  5. Aadya Holistic Retreat reserves the right to change the programs when required.

DINING AND ACCOMODATION

  • Presentation of the Program Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts and benefits. Only one Card may be presented per table / per visit.
  • Discounts are not applicable on room service (in-room dining) and banquets.
  • Discounts cannot be given in conjunction with any other special promotion / discount program.
  • The value of the specific discount shall not include central, state, local taxes, off-premise or room service orders.
  • Children above 5 years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.
  • All reservations are subject to allocation availability. Room reservations must be made directly with the Help Desk/Reception. Any bookings made through Travel Agents, Corporations are NOT eligible for reservations or discounts under this program. Room reservations under this Program are non commissionable. Amendments/cancellations of Room reservations must be made with a 72 hour prior notice or else the certificate will be taken as used.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • All certificates enclosed are for one time usage only, must be surrendered at the time of arrival have to be utilized in full and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
  • Certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded.
  • Members cannot use two (2) food and beverage certificates together.
